Qubana, Inc. is a non-profit corporation located in North Philadelphia. Our purpose is to provide an array of innovative and effective services including assisting senior citizens seeking self-sufficiency, community development, employment entrepreneurship training, anti-violence, homelessness, ex-offenders, veterans, and mentorship workshops and curriculums for young adults.

 Qubana, Inc. will:

Qubana, Inc. was established in 2015 with a vision that every member of our communities has a voice and plays a very important role in promoting unity. 

Qubana, Inc. members grew up in North Philadelphia and had their share of positive and negative experiences. We are all committed to promoting unity and togetherness in our communities. 

Qubana, Inc. services are available to everyone in the community with a desire to help themselves and others. Qubana, Inc. will continue to promote unity through events such as book bag giveaways for the children, neighborhood cookouts, senior citizens day, and youth anti-violence and peer mediation workshops. 

Building Positive Relationships within the Community

Communities face many challenges including lack of family structure, lack of conflict resolution skills, gun violence, teenage pregnancy, lack of activities and support for senior citizens, and poverty. Qubana, Inc. provides services that help foster change, offer education and support, and positivity.

Mentorship for our youth

Youth in our community will benefit from positive leadership and mentorship experiences that help prepare them for adulthood and life’s challenges. Various workshops are available for all community members including anti-violence, conflict coaching.

Community Outreach Events

Our annual Qubana, Inc. Cookout has been instrumental in bringing members of the community together. A number of fun-filled activities and games promote unity. We also have our “book bag giveaway for our youth in preparation for the upcoming school year, raffles, music, dancing, workshops, and of course, food.
